Proposal

Recently, GitHub announced built-in citation support. This is a great idea where researchers and scientists can more easily receive acknowledgments for their contributions to software. It would be great to see this feature in the GitLab repositories. There's a Ruby-citation-file-format ruby-cff gem available to enable this feature.
