Trial Workflow from Self-Manage does not link to marketing form
Summary
Attempting to start a trial from the self managed instance navigates the user to the Customer's Portal page. Then completing the form eventually.
Steps to reproduce
Option 1:
- Initiate
Start free trialfrom a self-managed instance. - Supply info as requested once in Customers Portal, trial form.

Option 2:

Start free trialfrom a self-managed instance. - From Customer Portal page, click on sign-in, top right corner.
- Register for a new account/login
What is the current bug behavior?
The trial flow does not use the Marketo form.
What is the expected correct behavior?
According to this slack thread, the CTA should take the user to the marketing trial form. In addition to that, there should be a page added when the email address has already started a trial and that page should indicate that the instance has already completed a trial with a “buy now” CTA.

- For this iteration (14.2), we only need to change the entry point within the self-managed instance to the following Marketo trial form
- Provisioning of actual activation code within the trial email is not part of this bug fix.
Availability & Testing
An end-to-end test is suggested for testing the trial registration flow for self-managed. This test currently exists for SaaS, but lacks for self-managed.
