Problem to solve

As a Development Team Lead pulling together data about my projects, I want to incorporate the latest stats about tests passing/failing/skipping for my team's projects, so I can see all the data about our projects from various tools in one place.

Proposal

Create a public GraphQL endpoint for coverage data available for a project's default branch's latest data. This may differ from the existing pipeline implementation.
