Merge the Alerts and [Alert] Integrations doc pages

Problem to solve

Our current documentation is a bit disjointed. We have an Incident Management section which covers the various features of our Incident Management solution:

• Alerts
• Incidents
• On-call management
• Status page
• Metrics Dashboard
• We also have Integrations

This Integrations page shows information around setting up the GitLab Alerts endpoint, the payload structure expected for those alerts and information around automatic grouping etc.

Having these two sections split up is confusing (even for me, having built these features). It's hard to find the information you need.

Proposal

This information should be moved to the Alerts section. Once we have done this we can probably remove the Integrations completely. The Alerts section could probably be split into to pages:

• The Alert UI and how to interact with it
• The process of cresting alerts with the HTTP endpoint, payload setup instructions etc.
