Improve performance of charts rendering on contributors page

Steps to reproduce:

After contributors graphs migration to echarts is merged check contributors page. Zoom master chart. If multiple single contributors charts present - there would be visible rendering lag.

Rendering performance should be improved. Note, that max number of charts is 100.
