Add `Last edited` to UI table of projects that override instance-level integrations

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

We would like to add Last edited information to the table of projects that override instance-level integration settings as per this design #218252[integration-active-integrations-table-custom-settings.png].

This would be the time information of when the project's integration was last updated.

This was left out of the initial implementation of the page #218252 (comment 634981796).
