Retrying a manual job: no custom CI variables possible

Before starting a manual job, the user can enter custom variables to modify the run.

This job requires manual intervention to start. Before starting this job, you can add variables below for last-minute configuration changes.

However, when retrying such a manual job, neither

• the custom variables defined in the last run are used

nor

• the user can enter custom variables again

I think, reusing the custom variables from the last run would be the most consistent way here
