Dark Mode UI bug: New Project description text not visible on hover

Minor UI bug for dark mode on the new project page.

Text is white on a white background when hovering.

Possible fixes:

• Invert the text colour
• Use a different grey instead of white as the background

Steps to reproduce

• Use dark mode (alpha)
• Visit the new product page: https://gitlab.com/projects/new
• Hover over one of the options
