Project Settings: Packages & Registries Side Menu collapses incorrectly

Summary

When you open the "Packages & Registries" Link in the Side Menu of the Project Settings, the Menu collapses, but should stay open when clicked. Because if you click the other Links like "General", "Integrations" or others, the Side Menu stays open.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on "Settings" in a Gitlab Project. Side Menu opens correctly
2. Click on "Packages & Registries". Side Menu collapes incorrectly.
