Set-up Demo project for testing error tracking

Overview

We need a demo project for the Operations section so that we can:

• Test existing features with real data
• Perform feature assurance and take screenshots of our features with real data
• Demo operations experiences to customers, prospects, and stakeholders
• Visualize and imagine new features and improvements

Scope

For this first iteration, we will make a simple ruby on rails fullstack application that leverages auto devops with several buttons and endpoints that generates errors.

This project will be used to test and design new features across all of Operations but will first be used by the Health group for Error Tracking
