Import busy project upon seed (reasonable amount of MR comments, diffs, etc)

Problem

We're currently working in seeding lot's of projects and users at !16700 (merged). Though it doesn't solve the problem of perceiving performance issues locally in big MRs (and other edge scenarios) because we still need lots of different relations for that.

Generating fake data for all of these is a never-ending task.

Proposal

Picking a really busy project with MRs with lots of discussions and add it to our 03_project.rb list of projects to import. We could rename the project accordingly if needed.
