F/u/f !65890: Try slightly larger logo images in the trial registration reassurance sidebar

The following comment from !65890 (merged) should be addressed as a follow-up to the Trial Registration Reassurance experiment:

  @dreedy I agree to some extent. We have to keep a balance where the form is the main element of the page. So keeping the font-size as is on the reassurance is appropriate. That said, I agree we could size-up the logos. We could try out 40x40 instead of 32x32. I leave it up to you whether we want to do this now or later as part of the clean-up, both works for me.

    I only have 1 minor UX concern (non-blocking). When I checked this out locally, the text (the 3 bullet points) and logos are really tiny and hard to read, especially the longer ones like ticketmaster. Maybe it's just me and my big ass screen but IMO there is so much empty space, can't we just increase the size of everything to make it more legible?
