GraphQL update to include the newly stored npm metadata

Context
In #330929 (closed) we intend to extract all of the metadata from the package.json file for your npm packages.
Problem to solve
The metadata will need to be added to the Packages GraphQL response so that it can later be presented in the user interface, which will be handled in #235905.
Proposal
Now that we are extracting the metadata, we will update the response of the GraphQL API to include this helpful data.
