Add Automated Suggestions of Snippets to Embed in Content Editor

Planned capabilities in 14.2 are to manually allow for adding snippets based on searching via URL. This adds extra time to a developers day in searching. Implanting a feature that would populate suggested snippets to embed would save developers time.

Details

Establish metrics for usability of snippets and populate most frequently used snippets in relation to project/issue type and add those as suggested snippets before manual searching commences.
