[DevOps Adoption] Indicate when the next update will be made

Overview

There is a message above the adoption table that shows when the data was last updated. I see that it was updated a little over a week ago, but it leaves me wondering when the next update will happen.

Proposal

Add a note explaining when updates are made:

Feature adoption is based on usage in the previous calendar month. Data is updated at the beginning of each month. Last updated: xxxx-xx-xx
