Problem to solve

There are a number of formatting shortcuts available in the new content editor that do not match the shortcuts available in the current Markdown editor. It's okay that these behaviors are different, but some of the shortcuts are not as intuitive as others (Cmd + B is bold, obviously. But Cmd + E for code is not as obvious.)

Proposal

Document the entire list of shortcuts available in the content editor.

What's next

Documenting the shortcuts is one thing but we'll also want a way to make it easier to discover and learn these shortcuts. That can be handled in this related issue: #339127 (closed).
