Full screen editing in the rich text editor
Release notes
Problem to solve
No matter how large we make the editor section of a page, there is a significant amount of real estate dedicated to the GitLab UI in any given page. When editing a page, sometimes you just need to focus on the content and nothing else. On small screens, even getting 4-5 more lines of text on your screen at once can make things a lot nicer to write.
Proposal
The Rich Text Editor should be able to enter a full-screen editing mode. We have something similar in the existing Markdown editor for Wiki and Issue/Epic descriptions. This focus mode would take over the entire browser canvas to focus only on the content and formatting tools.
