UX: What should tooltips show with absolute date user setting

When using "relative time stamps", hovering over a time stamp shows the absolute date/time. Now that we have an "absolute date user setting", what should they show?

Use relative timesunchecked the tooltip is basically the same as the displayed date. Maybe the tooltip should be in relative time (e.g 1 hour ago)? This could be a bit tricky, might make sense to tackle this in a follow-up.
