Release notes

Improve CodeBeamer <-> GitLab workflow by providing a native integration with CodeBeam.

Problem to solve

Users of both CodeBeam and GitLab are required to manually add links between the work items.

Proposal

Highlight the workitem id's, coming from CodeBeam in all comments, commit messages, MR's, ... Similar to what exists for JIRA.
