Unsprite File Icons

As we have by now HTTP2 we can deprecate icon sprites. Especially the file icons one should be a good one as only a limited amount will be used and the file icons sprite is >300KB.

• Save in public folder so we save hash characters (we only added a couple of icons in the last 2 years)
• Should also reduce memory
