Fix the ActiveRecord::Base.method related rubocop offenses

Inspect and fix the rubocop offenses related to the Database/MultipleDatabases rule.

The offenses are listed in the .rubocop_manual_todo.yml file. If an offsense cannot be fixed easily, create a follow up issue for it.
