Add vertical separators to mark nesting levels at file browser

Proposal

At this moment the file browser at Changes section of Merger Requests looks this way:

I suggest to add vertical separators to mark nesting levels, which should looks somehow like this:

I guess, this would help to read complex file structures more easily.
