Problem to solve

Righat now if a team member have an nick name that is similar to 12234 that not giving any information about who he is inside the company is absorbing a lot of time when searching for him when needed to participate

If the owner of the project/group will have the option to give each user a nick name the problem will be solved

Permissions and Security

Only owners will have the option to force a nick name, any user can pick a nick name of their chioice if a Owner didnt force one.
