Admin / Analytics / Usage Trends does not conform to normal nav behavior

Problem

Looking at the nav behavior for Admin / Analytics, there are 2 sub items, however the Usage Trends sub item will hide and convert to a fly out menu when it is the active item.

Solution

Update the nav behavior to conform to the standard subnav appearance.
