De-Sprite our SVG Icons

Proposal to be researched: As we have now HTTP2 in place it might make sense to change to single referenced SVG's.

Current status: Might be faster + deliver some improvements but only an idea so far.

Why?

• Only a couple of Icons are used on each page, with H2 + good caching it shouldn't make any difference anymore
• Icon Paths + Dom nodes are bloating HTML + JSON responses quite much, reducing that part should improve on performance sensible pages our memory footprint
• Referenced rendering (src or href) should be easier for the browser
