Proposal

Enable a way for GitLab to confirm that issue exists in Jira before hyper-linking a string in the issue title or merge request title.

Anything with a hyphen and capital letter is linked to an existing or non-existing Jira issue without confirmation if it exists in Jira or does not exist.

Steps to reproduce,

Create a project and integrate it with Jira using the basic Jira integration. Ensure that you can view the Jira issue list Create an issue with a Jira-like text. e.g., RIT-123 GIT-123 test-1234 TEST-1234example issue

Gitlab will automatically link part of the title to a Jira issue. Eg.
