There are two different sections that describe the GitLab DORA4 metrics:

There is no SSOT - the tiers are different in each doc which is confusing and even the definition of what is being displayed in Lead time for changes is different - one says time to commit and the other says median.

Proposal

• Keep DORA 4 Metrics in Analytics and give it its own section. Restructure and re-write existing content if necessary.
• Merge content from CI/CD Analytics.
• Remove the section from CI/CD Analytics so that we have a SSOT.
• Add links to direct readers to features that have DORA metrics in the UI (CI/CD analytics and VSA for groups and projects), and the DORA API page.
