Group name slug does not update after failed creation of group
Summary
When creating a new group and the group already exists, after the error that the group already exists and you update the group name the slug does not update with your input.
Steps to reproduce
Go to Create a Group
Type a group that already exists: "Sandbox"
Then after the error occurs update the group name.

What is the current bug behavior?
The group name slug does NOT update when you update the group name after the error.
What is the expected correct behavior?
I expect it to update.
