MR - "Changes" View - Toggle file not working properly

Summary

Toggle is not working properly

  1. open a Merge Request in your browser
  2. go to "changes" tab
  3. try toggling a few files (small arrow on top left)
  4. only the first toggle works

Happens on any MR. just a random example: !18129 (diffs)
