To-Do mentions don't reflect closed Epics with a proper badge

Proposal

When looking at To-Do mentions in /dashboard/todos a mention from a closed epic should display the same closed badge that we use for a closed issue.

As in the example below

Current behavior

A mention from a closed Epic has not closed badge.
