Adding user to project using smartphone interface is ridiculously obscure

I needed to add a user to a project, so I logged in as the admin to my GitLab-CE instance using my phone and... after searching for 10 minutes I failed to find a way to do it. It is ridiculously obscure.

This is an enhancement request to make user management more intuitive. I would expect to click on the sidebar menu, select Project, select Users, and be able to add a user. Nothing like that exists.
