Repository storage move fails

GitLab version: GitLab Community Edition 13.12.4

Issue:

When trying to make a repository storage move from older storage default to our new storage default-praefect, the move is failing with status: failed. I had a look at logs, and I keep seeing this:

"fetch internal remote: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = create git fetch: ref hook env var: resolvePraefectAddress: got Unix peer but no socket path"

Any ideas why this might be happening?
