Cmd/Ctrl + Return in the content editor submits the form but does not save changes

Summary

Using Cmd/Ctrl + Return to submit the content editor changes does not actually save any of the content.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit a Wiki page in the Content Editor
  2. Make some changes
  3. Submit the changes using Cmd/Ctrl + Return
  4. Observe that none of the changes are reflected on the page
