Create links in the Content Editor using a keyboard shortcut

Problem to solve

Creating a link in the Content Editor (currently used in the Wiki as a beta editor) could be easier with a keyboard shortcut.

Proposal

Implement a Cmd/Ctrl + K keyboard shortcut that creates a link at the cursor or selection and displays the URL field for the link in the UI.
