Index group names onto Elasticsearch

Proposal

On the search result page, we have a group dropdown list where users can search the group from which they want to perform the global search. When finding the right group, the dropdown uses Group API, which invokes a database query. We may want to consider indexing the group names and redirect the group name queries to Elasticsearch for faster response and reducing database load.
