Geo Installation guide mentions omnibus which is redundant

Since we got rid of Geo source installation guide we probably don't have to say "Using Omnibus GitLab" as most of the people don't even know what Omnibus is, and don't have to.

As an option, we can just remove this header at all and mention that instructions assume that you've installed GitLab from the package.
