Validate Seat Link Request/Response

    User Story

    As product owner with a valid license key, I want to test Seat Link's request/response, so that I can validate that the service runs and sends license data as expected.

    Acceptance Criteria

    • Emulating the customer setting but with a valid license file results in successful sync

    On the GitLab instance I manage seat link is not disabled in the gitlab.yml and also enabled through the admin UI, however the jobs themselves have never seemed to work. They always show up as dead jobs in sidekiq. Everything else of the GitLab instance works perfectly, no issues, so this is rather confusing.
