Project insights doesn't properly limit the scope to the project itself

This was discovered in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-triage/insights where it should not show anything, because this project shouldn't be included.

🤦🏻 This should be obvious, I am not sure why I would make this mistake.

Group insights should be fine though.
