Allow Copying CI variables without revealing hem

I’m not sure what template to use for this. It’s a UX / security related bug.

When viewing CI variables in project settings, one can copy values only after revealing them. IMO this defeats the purpose of the copy button.

I would expect to be able to copy the secret without revealing all values. This would allow users to be able to copy a secret without revealing all secrets to someone watching the screen.
