  The "Designs" tab is handled by Vue and it might be possible that Vue is not loaded yet when the click happens.

  I'm not sure how we can wait for Vue to bootstrap but I think the href of that button should be .../designs instead of #designs-tab so that it degrades gracefully when Vue is not yet loaded.
