When MR is not approved confusing red "failed" icon is presented

When MR is not approved, red "failed" icon is presented.

I find it really distracting and confusing. I constantly mistake that with a CI/CD pipeline status.

I think it might benefit from UX improvements. Not sure how to change that, though.
