Merge Request does not show security scan report
Summary
A merge request with a pipeline running basically all security scans does not display the scan report, instead it shows an error that the report cannot be loaded.
Steps to reproduce
Include security scan template files into GitLab CI file and run pipeline as part of a merge request.
