Bulk Import: Subgroup is not migrated even though UI indicates that migration is completed

Summary

When performing migration of a Group with a subgroup, when UI indicates that migration was completed, subgroup might still not exist

Steps to reproduce

Issue is being reproduced by E2E tests: #332729 (closed)

What is the current bug behavior?

Migration status shows as "Completed" even though subgroup was not migrated.

What is the expected correct behavior?

UI should indicate completion when all objects finished migration
