Display file browser in compare view

When reviewing diffs in a merge request, there is a file browser on the left, and you can filter by file type.

I'm selecting Repository:Compare from the side menu on the left, and looking at a diff with many images and config files, but I'm only interested in the source code files. It'd be handy to have that same file browser in this view as well.
