Note: Auto Test is provided with much limitations, moreover Herokuish was deprecated 2 years ago, and support will be removed in %15.0. At the same time Cloud Native Buildpacks do not support testing, and this is a seldom used component of Auto DevOps. As a result, we might deprecate Auto Test in %15.0.

The previous monitoring direction is not what we are pursuing any longer. So I don't think it matters if it works on OpenShift or anything else because we don't want to continue to pursue the same motion.
