push_rule: 404 Page Not Found

Just installed https://about.gitlab.com/install/#debian on localhost:8080; everything looks to be ok, but in page http://localhost:8080/admin/application_settings/services clicking on Push Rules, I have:

404
Page Not Found
Make sure the address is correct and the page hasn't moved.

Please contact your GitLab administrator if you think this is a mistake.
