Add Design Management information to issues on the Issues List

Problem to solve

Currently, there's no way to know if an Issue has Designs when looking at the Issues List: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/issues

We already mention the number of comments there, but not discussions on designs.

Issues list

It feels like we could highlight:

  • At least
    • Design count
  • At most
    • Design count
    • Design discussions

Intended users

  • Parker (Product Manager)
  • Delaney (Development Team Lead)
  • Sasha (Software Developer)
  • Presley (Product Designer)

Further details

When I'm looking for an issue using the Issues list, activity matters when analyzing whether I should look into it or not.

Issue cards on Issue boards don't reveal the comments count, so I think it shouldn't mention Designs, either. Following the same pattern.

Proposal

  1. A user looking for a particular issue with Designs
  2. Goes to the Issues list
  3. Sets the filters as best as they can remember
  4. Scans the list looking for issues with designs to narrow down even further

Another case is when an issue I frequently see has new activity and I notice a bump in the designs discussions count.
