Render emoji in the Content Editor

Problem to solve

While emoji are rendered in the content editor after directly inserting them via the OS keyboard or other methods of copy/paste, the Markdown equivalent is not accurately reflected in the document.

Proposal

Build proper support for rendering Markdown emoji per the GFM spec into the Content Editor
