Surface escalation status on incident list
Motivation
Once the status is available to users on incidents, they'll want a better ability to triage issues by those which require action to be taken.
Scope
- Add the
statusas a column in the Operations > Incidents UI. - The list view should be sortable by
status
Out of scope: The status does not need to be changeable from the list view in this iteration.
