Reduce the number of indexes used by merge_request_metrics

In #331523 (closed) we found that this table has a lot of indexes taking up quite a bit of space (about 35GB). Some of these indexes may not be needed if we reorganise them or change how we query this table. In doing so we may be able to free up quite a bit of space, and increase write performance to this table.
